Google Gears (BETA) is an open source browser extension that enables web applications to provide offline functionality using following JavaScript APIs:
- Store and serve application resources locally
- Store data locally in a fully-searchable relational database
- Run asynchronous Javascript to improve application responsiveness

Takeshi’s Castle was a Japanese game show that aired from 1986 to 1989 on the Tokyo Broadcasting System.
I’m trying to convince people at work we should broadcast more Nothing/Everything content. Nothing lost, everything gained. Why? Because it’s fun. And we all love fun. Like Takeshi’s castle, a gameshow I used to watch on satellite. A must-have-seen for everyone.
It’s out in the open: Microsoft has presented its Surface Computer. Nice concept and design. Although I like the Perceptivel Pixel better. (Check out Perceptive Pixel)
